Ad Ops Manager
mSnap delivers mobile solutions to local media companies to help grow their brands, audiences, distribution, and revenue. We power the mobile solutions to over 1,400 publishers, including Citadel, Clear Channel, CBS, Comcast and operate the largest SMS ad-network in the U.S.
As an advertising operations manager, you’ll be working with large and innovative media companies and advertisers to deliver ad campaigns on mobile phones. You will be working with sales, support, product and development, with a high degree of visibility, so there are a lot of career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Traffic campaigns using OpenX ad-server
- Optimize and report on campaign performance based on advertiser campaigns across branded and direct response objectives
- Assist clients and internal staff with reporting and billing
- Continually deliver proactive recommendations for budget reallocation, new targeting segments, and other optimizations
- Drive process enhancement to build best-in-class ad operations workflow
- Utilize mSnap network data, market and best practices analysis to define campaign solutions and strategies
- Regularly communicate new product information, data sheets and other relevant marketing and sales support materials to colleagues and partners
- Coordinate and support programs, incentives and resources for publishing channel growth through motivation, education, and performance management
Qualifications
- BA/BS
- 1-2 years of experience in ad operations and experience with OpenX
- Ability to problem-solve creatively
- Must have great attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, ComScore, and other ad industry measurement tools
- Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis.
Salary:
$35,000 + options + benefits
